Liked: Cook was nice and caring. Food was great. Maintenance person plowing the driveway helped me get out of the parking lot by using snow plow. He was super nice! Super helpful!
Disliked: Lost my earrings forgot them and nobody called to report found in the rooms I was sleeping in. I had to change rooms because toilet over- flowed in 1st room. Toilets barely flushing. I had to ask to be put into another room when toilet over flowed. A lady came with mop and bucket but floor was not sanitized . I asked to be moved. Lost my hat and earrings. Reported it.

Liked: Location
Disliked: No usb ports, TV was outdated, noise level of guests above and next door. Decals on front door were missing/peeling. Not a good first impression.

Disappointed. Could have booked something...

Liked: Bed was comfortable and there were signs up on our floor calling it a quiet zone.
Disliked: My booking didn't make clear that breakfast wasn't included with my rate. Desk personnel didn't explain why. Rooms were nothing special. Could have been a standard chain and not up to what I thought the Hilton name meant.
