Lied to and nobody could...

Liked: I specifically booked this for free breakfast and indoor pool. Indoor pool was fine. I arrive in the morning and they tell me I have to pay for breakfast. I’m like I specifically booked this hotel for the free breakfast it stated in the amenities section. Asked for a manager and they said no manager works Sundays and they won’t be able to help until Monday when I’m gone. Never ever will I make this mistake. Ever.
Disliked: Read my previous message. STOP SAYING free breakfast when booking if it’s not free!!!

Liked: Restaurant and bar on site.
Disliked: You could hear doors slamming shut all night.

It was a lovely clean...

Liked: Easily accessible near I75 with food options and a Starbucks across the street. Breakfast and dinner offered at hotel for an extra charge also convenient although I did not use due to my work hours. Room was clean and warm. Heat very easy to use. Bathroom had enough hot water. In room microwave, fridge and a Keurig coffee maker which was wonderful in the AM.
Disliked: They did not have an operating business center ( being remodeled) to make copies although the staff was very helpful at getting me what I needed by printing things for me which was so helpful.

Liked: Cook was nice and caring. Food was great. Maintenance person plowing the driveway helped me get out of the parking lot by using snow plow. He was super nice! Super helpful!
Disliked: Lost my earrings forgot them and nobody called to report found in the rooms I was sleeping in. I had to change rooms because toilet over- flowed in 1st room. Toilets barely flushing. I had to ask to be put into another room when toilet over flowed. A lady came with mop and bucket but floor was not sanitized . I asked to be moved. Lost my hat and earrings. Reported it.
