Loved this hotel and plan to stay there again when visiting NYC. Close to theater district!

Liked: The location is premium, everything is on the corner. The view was also nice to the Empire State Building, however it costed some extra money.
Disliked: The coffee machine in the room was not working; and we found some hair under the blanket...The breakfast is totally NOT worth the price: I didn't except from a "premiumish" hotel at Times Sqr that I would be warned: I can choose exactly ONE meal for breakfast with EITHER coffee OR juice. I paid 1000+ USD for 2 nights and breakfast does not include a $3 coffee? Come on...

Exceptional

Liked: It was excellent! We've stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for many years in early December and love its proximity to Macy's, Bryant Park, and the subway station. It's easy to also get an Uber at the front entrance. The rooms are clean, the staff members are friendly and efficient. There is a small and really useful convenience shop, a bar, and a breakfast room (although we don't have breakfast in the hotel, so I can't comment on that). We always really enjoy our stays at this hotel!
