We had a wonderful time....

Liked: The swimming pool was fun for my families! We were here for a hockey event.
Disliked: Paid for breakfast.

Things Change

Liked: Room keys didn't work 4 to 5 times. Had to continually go downstairs for assistance. Room services poor, i.e. TV remote, difficult to find programming. Nothing in Room... pamphlet etc noting services available, etc.
Disliked: Services provided by New owners down. Stayed here numerous times.

Liked: I love the pool & whirlpool! The hotel was clean & the room & bathroom was huge!
Disliked: I loved everything about it. Just wish they had more snacks like cakes & donuts.

Nice accommodation for family gathering

Liked: Property and common areas well maintained. Bathroom well laid out, plenty of counter space and hot water. Beds on firm side, but comfortable. Good temp control. Plenty of outlets. Staff friendly and efficient. Lots of parking.
Disliked: Two pillow cases had permanent stains
