Comfortable hotel in a convenient,...

Liked: Very comfortable bed, nicely decorated room.
Disliked: Breakfast was expensive, service slow, coffee served lukewarm. One chilly evening, all the sliding glass panels facing the sidewalk were completely open, making the dining room full of customers very cold and uncomfortable.

Unbelievable and cruel

Liked: I really did not like anything.I could not fill this out.I am still very upset.
