It was OK; the valet staff was super helpful, but the cleanliness was below standard.

Liked: The valet staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was hair on the sheets; we had to reposition the fridge; we had to walk through construction to get to the pool.

So some people were given a breakfast voucher - I was not offered this option, so it cost 20.00 for 2 pieces of french toast and a small amount of eggs. I would not stay here again. May rethink staying at Hilton hotel ever again. I am not happy I went to DC to have a good time - you did not accomplish this for me.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. It was convenient to all the attractions and only 2 blocks from the White House. I enjoyed it very much and the next time I come to DC I will be staying there again.

Good for the location and...

Liked: Perfect location for travel and many walkable places from hotel location. Customer service was good and hotel was very clean.
Disliked: The comforters were more like sheets. Hard yo keep warm at night with such light comforters. Would’ve like a thicker comforter.

Liked: Star was super lovely and helpful in the dining area. Friendly reception. Good little food store. Location is good. Beds were clean and comfy. Pool looked good though I didn’t have time to use it. Microwave was handy. Spacious bathroom.
Disliked: Housekeeping was a bit weirdly hit and miss. Either they forgot to restock decaf, coffee, milk, water or TP.

Liked: excellent location. right opposite to Metro station and close to all attractions. Breakfast is good. Not sure why drinks are open for everyone though. You have to order separately but it is included in buffet
Disliked: some staff members, especially the guy at bag handling area, are rude as if we are staying for free.
