Disliked: I requested, in advance, the first floor due to my husband having stage 4 cancer, and ambulation is extremely difficult for him. Not only for his comfort, but in case of emergency evacuation. I recieved a generic reply. Upon check in, we were placed on the third floor. When I explained my husband's REAL needs, and asked for the second floor close to the elevator, the person shrugged and then ignored me. Not only did they not change the floor, but the room was at the end of a 50' hall. The bathroom vent/fan didn't work, which resulted in the ceiling paint cracking/flaking off, obviously implying this has been an unresolved issue for some time. The furnishing were also dated. Insults to injury, the breakfast, which they had the audacity to charge us 40.00 for was cold and old, and when I inquired when they epuld refresh the breakfast items, the cook walked away. I paid just shy of 800.00 for what amounts to 3 1/2 days for an experience that could be topped by a Red Roof Inn.
