Liked: It was okay
Disliked: Not the quality I expected for a Hilton owned hotel. The shower is very dangerous as the whole floor gets wet which makes it a hazard when getting out of it.

Liked: Location - EXCELLENT!
Disliked: I was disappointed in how the hotel handled my Booking.com reservation. I had to contact both Hilton #800 and Booking.com a few times. I made the same reservation for my sister, and we also had problems (with the night, male staff).

Liked: Great room size. Facilities were good, and room service was excellent. Fantastic location and close to all the action. Within walking distance to most things great in waikiki.
Disliked: It's a bit dated and can do with a makeover. The beds could do with a change. We were on an angle as one side was worn down more than the other. Lighting could be brighter.
