Liked: I have made it very clear. When I chicked in on the night of December 24, I asked if I needed to swipe my credit card for a deposit. The waiter said no deposit was needed. And the money was deducted without informing me. The next morning, I checked my credit card bill and found the deduction. Then I asked another front desk clerk why my credit card was deducted for 191. Was it a deposit? She said it was not a deposit, but a wrong deduction. At 5 pm, I returned to the hotel front desk and asked the waiter who helped me chick in why my credit card was deducted for 191. She said it was parking fee, breakfast fee and tax. I asked her to print a detailed bill of 191, but she refused and said that the 191 fee was not deducted by her. I said I needed your manager to come out and give me an explanation. She said in a very arrogant manner that I could not call our manager out. Then I called 911. The manager was then called out by the waiter and told the police that it was a deposit and the refund had been processed. Then he said that in order to express his apology, he would refund me the 167 hotel order on booking. However, I have only received a refund of 191 so far, and have not received a refund for the booking order. The manager had a very bad attitude and told us to get out of his hotel immediately! They are lying!

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that they charge 15$ for motorcycle parking !!Also the breakfast wasn’t included and they charge 20$ and nothing special The coffee It had NO flavor at all !!!
