Liked: Very close to the venue, very friendly staff!
Disliked: Room condition , TV issues, smell of water damage, door handles falling off, extremely hot in the entire hotel but room temperature was good.

Great location, horrible staff

Liked: Location is perfect next to convention center. Hotel bar was great and the drinks were good.
Disliked: The hotel is old. The parking is horrible!!!!! The tub has rust and is peeling. The toilet ran the whole stay. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was not worth the cost.They also will try and charge a late fee for check out. I had to call corporate as I had proof of an on time check out. Even with this the staff was sending very rude text messages about the situation. Price is definitely for location and not for a great stay.

Liked: The staff is extremely friendly and professional.
Disliked: The cable was offline in the entire facility (Direvt TV). There was no television available for any of us. The hotel would not give any credit for this inconvenience. I felt like we paid for a service that wasn’t available. I’ve stayed at this facility in the pass and it was enjoyable that’s why I booked again. I’m not sure if I will stay of my next visit to Tupelo, MS

Disliked: Did not have bandaids or first aid available. I cut my arm in their furniture. First aid kit was locked up.

Nice location, great staff, but...

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Issues with TV, issue with air conditioner, having to change rooms. Furniture broken. Pool was closed and then when opened it was so cold we couldn't swim. Getting charged for pet deposit when they told me there was not one for my husband's service animal at check in.

We truly enjoyed our stay...

Liked: It is next to the Cadence Bank Arena and we simply walked over to our event, no fighting traffic. The indoor pool was well kept but the hot tub was out of order, which really didn’t matter to us. There is a well stocked bar with an excellent bartender. The breakfast was excellent and only $12. The food is mostly made to order . I don’t like breakfast buffets where people just tumble out of bed and handle all of the utensils and things. We always dress for breakfast and like table service. The room was great and the coffee/ microwave/ fridge area was convenient.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of was the hot tub being broken.
