Disappointed with the BK SCENE

Liked: Clean
Disliked: The woman cooking the food told us we had to give her $10 cash even though we were not eating the hot food. Then another woman who works there said “we don’t take cash” you have to charge it to the room. The cook seemed to be pretending to understand less English than she actually could. One of the girls even tipped her extra….she ended up with $80 from our group, pocketing the $ we were “paying” for the breakfast the website said was supposed to be free. WOW, sad

Liked: The pool was nice to cool off on hot summer days.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were AWFUL. The shower didn't drain so you're just standing in water. And don't get me started on the breakfast...

maintenance should be on call...

Disliked: the AC was not working properly , the tv went out and the wifi was not working, but other than that it was peaceful and super clean.

Liked: The bright colors and a big bathroom.
Disliked: The room was dusty and the elevator was HOT.

Disliked: No staff. Bar was supposed to be open from 5-9. No one was around at all.Water leaked in the tub shower non stop.Air conditioning in the lobby was totally inconsistent. Hot on one side where we were talking with people but fine on the other side of the lobby.
