Disliked: Dog poop in the elevator.Bathroom had no paper towels or Kleenex in bathroom.No kleenex in room.No food served at night.The gentleman behind the bar needed more training. While he was trying to do a good job had no idea how to make a simple drink. He had to keep pulling his pants off.

Liked: Staff are great, very accommodating and the location of the hotel is perfect in regards to my father-in-laws home and other places we like to visit in BA.
Disliked: I guess the hotel was having issues with the hot water. The morning we left the water in the shower never got hot. We wound up not taking showers at all. We drove all the way back to Albuquerque then took a shower once we got home. My wife called the front desk and the only option given was that they could give us a key to another room and let us shower in there, but we found out the entire hotel was having issues with hot water before we left, so I don't think showering in another room would have worked. Disappointing that was the only option given.

Disliked: Breakfast was overpriced and should be included in the room price. Also, the lighting in the room was dim, especially low light level in the bathroom.
