Liked: The staff (Ashley, Tammy, and Cody) were exceptionally friendly. They greatly assisted me with several issues during my stay. Very professional. Kudos on a great staff (ALL) at this location.
Disliked: Internet connectivity was an ongoing issue. Noticed mold in the room and in the air vents throughout the hotel

Perfect overnight place for an...

Liked: It's proximity to the airport with shuttle service was the necessary selling point for me and was the "cheaper" of the two hotels right next to the airport.
Disliked: The air conditioner was on but the manual controls were not working to lower the thermostat. It wasn't too uncomfortable, but it wasn't the normal room temperature in which I'd sleep. I could have gone down and asked to change rooms, but it was late when I arrived and had and early flight. Considering I was there for three hours, I thought the price was high, but I know I am paying for convenience.

Disliked: The rooms need to be renovated. A refresh is needed with better workmanship than was previously hired. New furniture, new mattresses, new flooring. Gut bathrooms

The convenience of the location...

Liked: We were thankful for the ease of getting to the property and also the short distance from the airport. The front desk clerk was kind. We appreciated the 3:00 AM shuttle, too.
Disliked: The room was very run down. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, there was a missing handle on the bottom cabinet, the bottom drawer did not close, and both beds had a piece on the corner that stuck out. My son cut his knee on one of them. The air conditioner also rattled badly all night. There was a party happening and it was very loud all night. We had an early flight and got hardly any sleep.. we were told they would be there until midnight and they were finally asked to quiet down a little after 11pm. The pool’s the handicap rail was rusted off and unattached at the bottom, there was a light inside on the pool wall that was falling out, and there was a sharp metal pipe jutting into the pool. We chose not to use it due to its condition and the boisterous party happening there. We used the washer (very good) and dryer. The dryer took 2 full cycles to dry a small load. The restaurant was not open and the options for “dinner” food in the little store were: 5 chicken pot pies, one hot pocket, and one PB&J uncrustable sandwich.

Disliked: The breakfast was pretty ordinary. The eggs had been sitting a while.
