Disliked: I was extremely disappointed in the service. The cleanliness of the room etc compared to other hiltons I've stayed in along with all the times that I have previously stayed in the Troy location in the past this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with the amount of money that was paid for the room. Also I know have to take time out of my schedule because of a charge on my card that I did not make which again is extremely frustrating to have to find out what it was for etc. with the price of the room for somewhere to sleep when in all reality was a very short period of time and then to be woken up early in the morning having not gotten much sleep when there was a tag on the door to not disturb me. Beyond frustrating to be rushed out of a room so the cleaning staff could go in and clean again hours before my check out time. They didn't have wash cloths in the bathroom either.

Liked: Very poor this time! No internet, the door lock was broken, the refrigerator was not working, the shower bottles in the shower were empty, not at all restful. When I told the front desk about the refrigerator they said they would replace it. They called me and said they didn't have any to replace it with and I could change rooms. I specifically requested the room I was in because I'm a disabled, retired, military veteran and needed to be near the elevators. Would not recommend this hotel after this stay. Very disappointed.

Disliked: Wifi didn't work, very noisy in the hallway and the alarm was set for 5:30 AM and I didn't set it!

Liked: Hilton has better breakfasts than Marriot or Hyatt. Real plates, real silverware, real tables with tablecloths, hot food made by chefs, not microwaved. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, yogurt, fruit, pastries, oatmeal and toppings.The bed was extremely comfy, and I'm going to have to check their website for the pillow I had--perfect. Special thanks to Jeanne at this location. She was helpful, warm, and professional. I saw her helping a grandmother getting breakfast with her very young grandchild. Jeanne is an absolute treasure of hospitality.
