Would not book Rm 411...

Liked: The whole staff was VERY NICE and most accomodating.
Disliked: Was VERY surprised that our room was not cleaned the first night. When we asked the desk clerk upon arriving back at our room at night, we were told that they clean every other day ? Never heard of that before.

Bad customer service

Liked: The pool.
Disliked: There was an error in booking the room. Ended up having to pay more for a presidential suite to fit my kids and husband. Pulled out the couch bed and asked for blankets and was told they were all out. Very unhelpful manager. Told the man at the front desk she wasn’t available to speak to me until 7am. Which is not helpful the night before when we needed to switch rooms and had no blankets

Disliked: I was extremely disappointed in the service. The cleanliness of the room etc compared to other hiltons I've stayed in along with all the times that I have previously stayed in the Troy location in the past this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with the amount of money that was paid for the room. Also I know have to take time out of my schedule because of a charge on my card that I did not make which again is extremely frustrating to have to find out what it was for etc. with the price of the room for somewhere to sleep when in all reality was a very short period of time and then to be woken up early in the morning having not gotten much sleep when there was a tag on the door to not disturb me. Beyond frustrating to be rushed out of a room so the cleaning staff could go in and clean again hours before my check out time. They didn't have wash cloths in the bathroom either.

Not a good experience!

Liked: Very poor this time! No internet, the door lock was broken, the refrigerator was not working, the shower bottles in the shower were empty, not at all restful. When I told the front desk about the refrigerator they said they would replace it. They called me and said they didn't have any to replace it with and I could change rooms. I specifically requested the room I was in because I'm a disabled, retired, military veteran and needed to be near the elevators. Would not recommend this hotel after this stay. Very disappointed.
