Disappointing and sleep restricting.

Liked: The location in terms of the city was good.
Disliked: But being woken up at 5am to honking for hours for $1350/night is unacceptable. Invest in double pane glass and makethe rooms more noise cancelling. The beds were also very uncomfortable. Hard with springs. I always stay at Hilton’s and this was not a good Hilton experience.

Horrible service where rooms are...

Liked: Great location and clean.
Disliked: We booked a superior king bed room and found that we were moved to a room with two small beds. When we went to the front desk to get it fixed, we were told that no king rooms were available. This despite me checking early. Hilton oversell rooms and don’t disclose this? I guess I should have booked at the Hyatt, as I usually do.
