Ideal for a family stay…Shame...

Liked: Out of the hustle and bustle of Mid Town, in a great location to explore both up and down town.
Disliked: The adjoining restaurant…breakfast on our first morning was so poor that we sent two dishes back…Stone cold, no syrup for the pancakes and over priced. We did not venture into the restaurant again which was a shame…

Disliked: Arrived very late after a night out in the city. Had a reservation already booked and paid for and showed up to check in. Guy at desk said "system was rolling over." He couldn't check us in. Told us to come back in twenty minutes at 2 in the morning!!!!! Never had this happen before and I've been a Hilton Honors member for 20 years. I think the guy was just f'ing with us. Worst experience ever! Hilton Tribeca needs to fire any staff member who can't check in guests when they have a booked and paid for reservation. $500 for a one night stay that began at 2 am and ender at noon next day and I have to wait 20 minutes to check in???????

Perfect weekend getaway!

Liked: Location and transportation very accessible. The area is very nice and not too noisy for that city. Lots of restaurants around and sightseeing all over the place.
Disliked: Front desk at night shift not too friendly. At the very next morning a construction crew was working right outside our window making a lot of noise. But of course this is New York City right?
