Liked: Staff and hotel are excellent. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t open for the two nights we stayed.

Liked: Friendly and very helpful staff at the Front Desk. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: Had a tough time getting to start the shower. Instructions should be provided.

WWE Trip

Liked: Comfortable bed, convienent location to food and train station. Good size TV.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit would make a ringing noise every 20 minutes, and there was an unusual amount of noise during the middle of the night. I didn't call the front desk, but it impacted my visit. Appreciated the late checkout and early check-in. Wish they provided a better selection of channels. 7/10

Comfortable for the price

Liked: They place was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our stay was short and we didn’t get to enjoy the amenities of the property,
Disliked: None of the requests I made prior to arrival were ever answered nor were they accommodated. We had requested the potential of a crib in our room, as were travelling with our infant, they never responded to the request. I requested early check in, they never responded to that request either.

Disliked: My bathroom had a foul smellExtremely disappointed with breakfast. I told the staff I would not be eating but my son will as he had a hockey tournament. They knew I didn’t eat I had to shovel my car out stuck and prepare to leave and pack up car. I told him I did not eat at all and said he needed to charge me adult price??? There was no eggs left no potatoes 2 pancakes left and 2 sausages. My son could only eat what was there and I didn’t even complain there was NO food! I was in a rush and cannot bother with it. I don’t believe I should have been charged the adult fee when hen he didn’t have food to chose from. No cups for orange juice as well.
