Liked: Close to Subway, comfortable

Liked: Very clean linen and towels, pillows and mattress are comfortable. The shower works well, nice pressure.
Disliked: If you are a person with criteria with aesthetic expectations, Hilton is not a hotel for you. In this hotel, like the others Nord American hotels, the windows do not open. They are called picture windows. To be able to breathe air you depend on mechanical machines, HVAC, noisy with filters unchanged for who knows when. The simple gesture of opening a window and breathing in the fresh air from outside is a non-existent luxury here. Moreover, in the first room where I stayed the first night (room 217) the window opened into an enclosure surrounded by walls over 4 meters high. So I could see from the window a concrete wall and some mechanical units – see image – that made noise all night. The rooms are clean, but poorly designed, with wallpaper stuck ugly on the walls, with old, unsightly furniture. There are no glasses, or ceramic cups, everything is paper, and plastic, therefore no concern for the environment and trash.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the facilities were subpar. I had to change rooms twice. The first room's toilet had feces in it, but the staff promptly moved me to a new room. However, the second room reeked of cigarette smoke. The third room was better, but the bathroom had numerous hairs.

Liked: Front lobby and staff we're very good.
Disliked: We went for a swim in the pool and the hot tub was closed. Also the heat was not working in the pool area and it was extremely cold while in the pool and getting out. I am thinking that you need to fix or replace the heating system. Coming from a heating technician.

Liked: The property is easy to access and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are looking a little dated: peeling paint in bathroom, furniture looks worn, the fabric that should be stapled to the bottom of the mattress was torn and dragging on the floor.

Liked: Clean, quiet, very close to the subway
Disliked: There was a large amount of snow that had accumulated over the 48 hours that we were at the property. It wasn’t until we left that the entrance to the parking lot was plowed. It was very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.
