Liked: Staff were lovely
Disliked: The staff were super lovely however we only discovered on arrival that the kitchen / restaurant was closed for repairs. Given the remoteness of the hotel, we had little choice for food and drinks. The beds were awful (sorry!). The quality of the manchester was horrible. The sheets were scratchy as was the pillow cases. The pillows were also really high so the neck wasn't great the next day. The hotel itself is lovely and so were the staff but the things that matter were missing - comfortable beds and access to food!
