Liked: Lovely, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Further from the event centre than I expected

Very good

Horrible hotel

Disliked: Hotel said that I didn't have resort credit. Had no shower amenities, they were empty. Restaurant server ignored us. Was on basketball team floor and was loud all night. Pool was disgusting. Floor not mopped, chairs all over from night before, no towels and spa tub out of service. No staff asked me how my stay was at checkout. Horrible relaxing experience
