Good hotel, bad service.

Liked: Having stayed at this hotel previously, I booked an overnight stay due to a flight delay. My 1 AM arrival, however, was met with complete incompetence. The front desk staff claimed their POS system wouldn't accept my valid MasterCard for the deposit. I offered to pay both the night's stay and deposit directly, but they refused, insisting on a credit card transaction. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, they simply told me to seek alternative accommodation, in the middle of the night. My card was accepted without issue at another hotel. This experience was incredibly frustrating after a long travel day. I will not be returning to this hotel.
Disliked: Extremely bad service. While I empathize with the current economic climate, the night staff's complete lack of problem-solving and customer service skills disqualifies them from working in hospitality.

Liked: This hotel was not close to airport your add said it was only 1.7 its located in an industrial park, no food or bar after 9 pm breakfast, and disastrous bad bad bad

Disliked: Poor transportation .Shuttle too small. We couldn’t get a booking so had to take taxi to airport.

Not worth the value after...

Liked: It was close to the airport.
Disliked: On booking.com it indicated that there is a shuttle but to our surprise it only runs at certain times. This is not indicated on the booking.com site. We had to pay a 45.00 cab fare. Also it indicated breakfast included however they did not recognize it at the desk.
