Liked: We liked the ambience
Disliked: Staff weren’t the nicest during check in and did not explain the facilities and timings usually when checking in at all other hotels the staff give us a quick run down for timings of facilities and wifi and they didn’t pick up the phone once during our stay we called them 4 times and they were too busy to pick up

Great airport hotel

Liked: We used this hotel as a stay over between flights. The room, lobby, and staff were all great.
Disliked: I chose this hotel (further from airport than some options) due to the great rate and shuttle service. However, the shuttle was no longer running at 22:00 when we arrived at the airport. It did start at 6:00 so we were able to use it in the morning.

Disliked: The room smell was horrible.The musty smell in the bathroom was disgusting

Great location, value for money.

Liked: I am a returned customer, the hotel is spotless clean and feels hygienicThe staff are courteous and the facilities in general are exceptional specially the car park.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have drinking water in the rooms even if charged at check out.It was not convenient for me to come down to Reception at midnight to buy water from the front desk.For the room charges it would have been nice to have a bottle of water with a complimentary note.
