Liked: It said breakfast was included but since we booked through booking.com it was not and we didn't know that. That was one reason we booked the Hilton.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner especially bathroom. Breakfast should have been included.

Overall, It was a pleasant...

Liked: My stay was very pleasant, the accommodations are very nice, anytime I requested something it was provided. The staff are very mindful of our comfort and needs.
Disliked: I think families with children need to be reminded that yelling and screaming and running up and down the halls is not allowed in the hotel.. Some folks are very disrespectful of others and let their children do whatever they want.. It interrupts the peace and comfort of the other guests..... Just an observation.... Some guests, like myself, are working while in our hotel rooms, and it is a huge disruption, thank goodness for noise canceling ear phones..

Liked: A family arrived late in the room above and were extremely noisy until after 1 am and kept me awake. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
