Liked: The breakfast was very good and simple! Everything was cooked to perfection. The staff at the grille and bar was even better. The location is great if you're going to be In that area
Disliked: A stain on my room floor when I walked in. Also, I asked for the rooms to be close or connected and the rooms were on 2 different. Floors. Also, I'm waiting to check tomorrow to see if I was overcharged at check in!! Note I am a hilton honors, but I was charged more at check in.

Good locale in an upscale...
Liked: The location was excellent and being located in a planned shopping development made the dining section easy.
Disliked: We arrived around 6pm. There was a large special event (Shriners Convention) going on. With all that activity, you’d think there would be more than one person to handle check in. In addition that individual seemed inefficient and not particularly interested in service. In the morning there was also only one person at the desk. Breakfast was confusing. There was a buffet and what looked like a custom omelette bar. Yet when I asked for an omelette, the chef said that had to be ordered from the waitress. I went with the buffet since once again, there was only one server. You should really have an internal surveillance program. Each of your properties should be clandestinely visited by trained staff to evaluate the “guest experience.” Each of your properties represents your brand. Any underperforming properties can drag down the brand. 80% approval may sound good, but it’s a death sentence.
