Disliked: The main obstacle was the elevators not working most of our stay, we had to walk 4 flights of stairs for my daughter to use the bathroom and had to wait over an hour to get to our room on the 27th floor on the Friday we got there! That was after an exhausting day of travel

Liked: Michelle at the front desk was the BEST!!! The most sweetest and welcoming person!! She made the check in and check out process super smooth!!! Biiiig shout out to her!!

Disliked: Elevators were broken the whole time. Fire dept had to be called twice and people were stuck for hours. Had to take the stairs down 32 flights with a 2 year old.

Liked: The property was in a great location for us to walk everywhere who wouldn’t want to stay In Times Square.
Disliked: The elevators were broken making the wait to get through the hotel extremely long. When my husband and I checked in the receptionist lied to me and said I had a king city view room and knew it was a queen. We heard on the line telling her boss that it was a queen and she knew it was a queen. I also had a bathtub for a shower which I did not pay for. They did move us the next day but it really ruined my husband’s 1st time experience in NY. Will NEVER stay here again!

Disliked: The elevators were a nightmare. Waited more than 45 min to get on. This affected the time available. The room was very small and tight. The only plus was the location but the facility needs to improve the elevator part.

Liked: The beds were so comfortable. It's awesome that they lock the main doors at night. I felt very safe. The hotel is in a great location. The staff had great recommendations for eating!
Disliked: The room smelled musty when we we first came in.
