Liked: Near by time square and close the most of the attraction such as Empire State Building, the Edge, and etc.

Liked: I liked the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan because of its central location, making it easy to explore the city. And I appreciated the hotel’s modern amenities, like comfortable beds, and clean, well-designed rooms, which provided a relaxing retreat after busy days. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming experience, and the hotel’s amenities—such as the fitness center, on-site restaurant, and complimentary Wi-Fi—added to the convenience. The atmosphere felt lively yet relaxing, offering a great balance for a comfortable stay right in the heart of Manhattan.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the ice machine on my floor was broken, and I had to go to a different floor to get ice. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there wasn't a complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is usually a small but appreciated touch. I hope these amenities can be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Excellent stay and would stay...

Liked: Excellent location if you want to be close to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central Station. Close to shopping, cafes & restaurants, and walking distance to lots of places. Hotel has a great Italian restaurant on site.
Disliked: Rooms on the small side but that's New York!

Liked: The location to Times Square
Disliked: Small room with only one chair. Refrigerator was spill out water. Told guest services no one came. Phone wasn’t working. Told front desk no one came to fix. Staff was aloof and unconcerned.

Great location and a nice...

Liked: Great location and a nice room.
Disliked: We were given a wrong room type when we first checked in and went to the room. It was not the room type I had reserved. I reserved a king bed and a view but the room we were given had a queen bed and a poor view.I had to go back down to the lobby to get our room changed to the room type I ordered. We then needed to move our stuff to the correct room.It was a bit of a hassle.
