Liked: The hotel and staff was great. My only negative comment is that it would have been nice to know the pool was under construction before we checked in.

We had a nice stay...

Liked: I booked this location because my cousin was staying here and we wanted the same hotel. All staff we interacted with were nice and very friendly. Our room was very clean and a nice size and the bed was super comfy. I had a problem working the coffee pot and they were quick to fix it. The coffee in the lobby is excellent!
Disliked: The hot tub was out, which was a bummer. We went to go swimming and the pool was pretty chilly. I didn't notice when we booked the room that the breakfast wasn't free, but that's really my fault, but would've been a deal breaker if I noticed it ahead of time.

Liked: Checking in and out was a breeze. The grill has the best food and the breakfast buffet is awesome!The room was clean and everybody was nice and friendly

The hotel was just ok...

Liked: The lobby was very nice and updated. The staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. However, the bathroom tub area was not very nice. Shelf was falling off, faucet and control knob were discolored like chemicals splashed on it. The bathroom ceiling tape and float was coming off. The next morning the toilet wouldn’t flush. The hotel rooms need a serious renovation.
Disliked: Location was great! Close to medical facilities/hospitals and many restaurants. The hotel was relatively quiet.
