Liked: All staff on hand were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Decor of hotel was pleasing to the eye and room size comfotable, closet accessibility was great, restroom sink, cupboards etc. were well designed.
Disliked: Just a couple of issues in room. Seemed to either be an internet problem or connection but television was constantly cutting out interrupting our viewing so bad that we simply turned it off.

Liked: Breakfast usually free at Hampton or Holiday Inn.

Beautiful facility but needs more...

Liked: We did not eat breakfast on the property. We had gluten and vegan guests. The location was easy access to everything.
Disliked: Parking was not good. Later I learned there was more parking down the street or somewhere.

Liked: The staff is amazing. Very helpful with all of our questions about the area. The hotel is very clean & comfortable. Within walking distance to Old town Temecula. Easy on & off of I-15
