Liked: Was clean, comfortable beds. Average breakfastBut they didn’t clean/ arrange our room for 4 nights. Only knocked the door once to clean it on 1st January at 9am! …Not bad overall but there are better places around

Disliked: Check in time was 3:00 p.m.. sat in the parking lot with multiple other travelers because they had no rooms available till 5:00 p.m. the garbages everywhere were overflowed took multiple pictures. The entire hotel reeks of mold

Nice place, not so nice...

Liked: Bed were extremely comfortable and rooms were VERY clean. Didn’t eat the breakfast as it was not included. Small buffet for extra $12.95. Location was good. They did refund my money for 1 of the 3 nights because power went out on Thursday evening and didn’t come back on until the next week. 1 night with power, 2 nights no power = 1 night refund.
Disliked: Javier (supposedly night manager) said he would help us get our stuff down from the 5th fl since power was out from hurricane. He past by us on the 4th fl and went down to the other end of hallway and down that staircase so he didn’t see us again. No HELP!! Just me and my 76 yr mother. Not to mention we had 2 handicap people we had to get down 5 flights of stairs. Thanks A lot Javier!!
