Everyone was very friendly; got checked in right away; reasonable price; close to the Tacoma Dome and downtown; good breakfast. Overall great experience!

Liked: Looks like a new or remodeled facility. Everything was clean and neat. Great location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Staff was friendly. Attached covered [paid] parking was convenient. Will stay here again.

Liked: When we checked in around 8pm - nightshift reception workers were so nice and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Liked: The room was exceptional and the view of downtown Tacoma was amazing. It was easy to get to, directly across the street from UW-Tacoma and two blocks from the Museum of Glass and the Washington History Museum. While I had to pay for parking in addition to the room, the garage was completely secure and parking was ample.
