Overpriced

Disliked: For a Hilton Hotel my expectations were greater. I believe the rates are not reflective of the hotel standards. I paid $280 cad and to me it did not meet these expectations. The room was recieved very dark, lights did not work, there were French fries found under the desk, the bathroom had stains everywhere. On top of that the breakfast was not included in the rate. Which out of convince we visited on our way out. The eggs and bacon were cold, there were no real healthy choices, fruit was not fresh and the yogurt was full of sugar. To order off the mention did not seem any much difference. I usually do not complain but I strongly feel the rates are way over priced for a 3 star hotel.

clean, simple, easy no frills...

Liked: Very clean, well staffed, hassle free. Checkin was easy. Room was clean.
Disliked: room was dark with low ceilings and no overhead lighting. very simple hotel that has not been updated (bathrooms were dated). Breakfast was bland.

Disliked: The reception refuse to issue an invoice under the name of my company

Disliked: My room was still dirty under the bed found belongings from another person staying there and the toilet did not work

Nice stay just make sure...

Liked: It was conveniently located and was exceptionally clean.
Disliked: Our check in was easy but the young lady that helped me did not say anything about breakfast the next morning so when we came down the following morning and ate we were genuinely shocked when we were handed the bill for it. We are so used to a nice breakfast that is included in our hotel price that it was quite the surprise. The food was good but not 15.00 per person.
