Liked: Staff were very welcoming, home football game on so was worried about parking facilities but no issues at all. Room was good size, clean and quiet, would recommend

Liked: Great location, lovely rooms. Staff need more attention to detail, especially in the restaurant. We ordered a meal and when brought to the table it was put down in front of us and not asked if we wanted sauce etc. No one asked if the meal was ok as would normally happen. The steak I ordered was far from appealing or appetising and was indeed very grisly. I did not eat it. When I informed a member of staff he shrugged his shoulders and just took the plate away. Not what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel!!

Disliked: We had one towel between 2 of us one pillow bed was really uncomfortable I’ve woke up with really bad pain in my neck have to go to doctors very displeased

Liked: Quick and easy check in, lovely room spacious and comfy, staff were very friendly the restaurant was really nice overall a great stay.

Liked: The Hotel was well situated. The room was nice however the mattress had at least one broken spring that sounded every time I moved. We ate in the grill which was very nice the food was good but founds the portions to be small.
