Phenomenal location if one is...
Liked: We went for the Octoberfest and the hotel was a 5 minute walk to the fairgrounds, which is why we were here. Didn't see much of the city itself, but for our purposes the location was great. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection of both hot and cold food.
Disliked: The safe wasn't operating.

My worst experience since I...
Liked: Nothing in all fairness except it was located close to a place I was going to next day!
Disliked: Terrible location next to the stadium. Was not told that access to the hotel is blocked when a soccer match is happening. Called the hotel. Had to wait 2 hours before accessing until the match is over and then be caught in 50,000+ spectators leaving the arena. Area is terrible, from name I thought it was close to a park, in fact between parking lots and backyard of the stadium.Hotel is Hilton in name only. Carpets in hotel lobbies are dirty, looks like walking in a garage. I arrived late because of the above, no room service, nothing in the room, neither mineral water nor snacks to eat. Staff looks more like bouncer in a bad area night club than in a 4 star hotel. And I could hear some drunken fans shouting after the match for few hours !

Liked: The best thing about this hotel is its prime location, especially for automotive enthusiasts, as it’s just a short walk from the Mercedes-Benz Museum. This proximity meant we didn’t need a car or a taxi; we could easily stroll over and immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of Mercedes-Benz at our convenience.During our stay, we had the pleasure of interacting with the Arab receptionist, who I believe was from Syria. He was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, offering us great recommendations to enhance our experience in Stuttgart. One standout suggestion was the amazing Manar Restaurant, which specializes in Arabic cuisine.I can confidently say that the food at Manar was the best Arabic fare I’ve had in Germany. Each dish was bursting with flavor and authenticity, making it a delightful culinary experience. The generous portion sizes were a pleasant surprise, ensuring that we left feeling satisfied and eager to return for more.Overall, the combination of the hotel’s excellent location and the valuable recommendations from the staff made our stay truly memorable. If you’re looking to explore Stuttgart and enjoy some fantastic Arabic food, this hotel is an excellent choice!
Disliked: Nothing.

close to venues but could...
Liked: close proximity to all event venues in the area
Disliked: we got the breakfast for free but were glad not to have paid for it as it was way below average, though the breakfast staff was great. this in contrast to the staff at reception. all over the hotel room were apparent signs of wear and tear (marks along the door frames, silicone kit etc)
