Coulson 3 day stay Disappointing...

Liked: Free coffee.
Disliked: Could not get a shower. Too slippery. Verticle hand bar should be horizontal. Wet soapy hands can not grip. Both wife and I almost fell. Could not get clean. Who was the genius who put refrigerator access behind a door that both the refrigerator and outer door opened away from wall. Refrigerator access was very bad. .neither chair had lower back support. My wife needs that. Other complaints I have had to do with bookings. I did not realize i used a third party. So I lost honors point including other charges made like breakfast. I asked for handicapped room, did not get it. I asked to be near elevator, I ended up farthest room away down hall. We likely won't use Hilton again.

Very disappointing and frustrating!

Disliked: They cancelled my reservation! When we arrived @5:30 pm They said they were overbooked and they sent me to their "Sister Property" --The local COMFORT INN. Not at all like the Hilton I was expecting!

Liked: This location was taking in "refugees" from flooded areas and the hotel was packed! They still provided guest services at a high level, and provided true calm after the storm.

Good location. Will def stay...
