Liked: The front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: Their new system went down and I had to wait a long time to check in. The housekeeping was banging on the door 90 minutes before check out. There were other housekeepers on speakerphone in the elevators.

Liked: Huge, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location and kind and helpful staff.
Disliked: Cost.

Liked: Very comfortable, nice & helpful staff, clean property, great location.
Disliked: Dinner a bit overpriced, wait staff okay. I had breakfast at same restaurant, Coconut Charlie’s (inside) and breakfast fantastic, priced better and excellent wait staff.

Liked: Location was excellent. The beach bar was very good and lively, which we liked
Disliked: The hotel restaurant was effectively dead, everyone was at the beach bar. We would have preferred the menu in the restaurant but the place was dead.
