Great stay but hotel needs...

Liked: Lovely location, with great access straight onto the beach, nice pool with vibey beach bar.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit was so loud it was like trying to sleep in a wind storm! Kept me awake most of the night

Disliked: House keeping only remade our bed once during a 5n night stay.We had to find them to get new towels for bathing and we had to tell the front desk twice our trash needed to be cleaned out!!

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good. We enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: It was very expensive. We stayed 4 nights and had to ask to have room cleaned. We had to call for clean towels. The room wasnt cleaned once while we were there. Cabanas were supposed to be for hotel guests but everyone was allowed to use the cabanas from the beach and we had items stolen. We did let Hilton know and they sent us a small amount of points and email. We wouldnt stay here again. Not a good value for the money we spent. Hilton didnt want to make it right.

Short stay and room was...

Liked: Nice beach restaurant/bar attached to the hotel.
Disliked: Hotel is on the beach, most rooms do not have a view. The view they do have is of the parking lot.

Really enjoyable, highly recommend a...

Liked: We had a gulf view and it was well worth it. We had a toddler with us so when she went to bed we enjoyed a view of the ocean and some drinks on our balcony.
Disliked: The balcony was very narrow! If there would’ve been more than just myself and my husband we would not have fit out there.

Decent beach hotel

Exceptional

Good beach vibe, I think...

Liked: Location is great. Pool / bar / beach area is very nice with hammocks and palm trees.
Disliked: We arrived late on Friday, the bar in the hotel was still open (for 40 min). But the waiter seemed very annoyed that we still wanted to order a drink.The next morning we went for breakfast. The waiter gave us an introduction telling us all the things that were NOT included in the price. We paid a fair price for a room that INCLUDES breakfast. It felt very stupid to hear that lots of the things on the breakfast menu are not included. The 20% gratitude was mandatory. During lunch we asked the reception for two glasses to take to the room, but he said he could not help us with that. Overall, I think the manager should train his staff better and let people feel a bit more welcome.
