Disliked: after a long day of traveling, staff was no where near the front desk. waited 10 mins.. figured the app out to check in and get a digital key.

Liked: I like the hotel, it was my first time booking a room and it was easy and affordable. Exactly what we were looking for.

Poor

Liked: Breakfast was good. I had stayed there twice before, so kinda knew my way around, but, I kept getting lost because of all the ramp and road closures sending me all over the place. The price was one of the cheapest as you paid as soon as you booked and couldn't cancel. The maintenance man was very good during the close to 2 hrs. he spent in my room (2 trips) getting a full channel guide to show on my TV! The AC worked well and wasn't too noisy.
Disliked: My main issue was with the TV! Friday evening I settled in to to watch the Edmonton Oilers try to win game 6 of the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs or be eliminated. Looking on the TV menu ( which started at channel 202 and went up to the 500's), there was no game! That made me mad! I looked for quite awhile at my new Iphone but I didn't have, or find a way to view it. I didn't want to go drinking at a bar to view it. The next morning I couldn't find a local channel to view news and weather. I mentioned to the desk clerk, on my way to breakfast, how odd it was, no local channels. Long story short, old TV equipment wasn't giving full menu. I asked the clerk if she could compensate me somehow for missing a game I really wanted to watch. She started getting upset and said me missing a game rated a 1 out f 10 for problems but she took off the $14 breakfast.

Disliked: It was ALL great!

Old and rundown place with...

Liked: They allowed me to check in early, which was very nice of them.
Disliked: This was a very old and rundown hotel - you could see the metal under the ceramic in the bathtub, and the phone was from the '70s. I lost some items and I'm not convinced they didn't find them.
