Liked: Breakfast was good and our waitress was outstanding.
Disliked: Had to walk too far to get to the room and ice machine was the other end of the hall from our room. My husband and I are senior citizens and have difficulty walking long distances so this put a real strain on getting anywhere. Also what is the point of having to pay a parking fee when you have already paid a small fortune to stay in the hotel?

Liked: Cleanliness and proximity to historic district
Disliked: The attendant at the front desk was the least friendly person I have ever encountered at a hotel. She treated me as if I couldn’t afford to stay there or something - it was quite odd. I almost felt like I was a bother to her for checking us in.

Great location, would stay again.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, room was comfortable and clean, convenient location walkable to old town center.
Disliked: The sprinkler system covered our rental car with sticky splotches; very hard to get off.

Liked: The breakfast was the poorest of all the travels in the past couple of weeks. The buffet was overpriced for a very meager selection of food.
Disliked: The hotel was exceptionally clean. It reminded of a medical facility. The outside of the hotel was very nice. The interior was very sterile and lacked any connection with St. Augustine and it’s old world charm it is know for. Paying $20 plus taxes for parking was excessive. The bed pillows were too soft felt like air.

Liked: No breakfast there but nice suggestions from staff. Perfect location.
Disliked: Weird layout. Bizarre small window in room. Cold ugly floors in room. Didn’t realize there was a pool until we drove out.

Liked: It's close to downtown.
Disliked: I booked it at the booking.com. During the check-in the hotel charged me more than it was planned - during the reservation at booking.com it was suggested that I upgrade the room for free (I did not request the upgrade), and it was upgraded. The hotel 1.) charged us for the room upgrade 2.) charge us for the pet which we did not have. And - they charged us twice. When I noticed, I talked to the staff and they refunded me the unnecessary charges, but it wasn't a pleasant conversation - they blamed me.
