It was nice staff was...

Liked: Your website said breakfast was included. But no it was an extra charge
Disliked: The biggest thing was the carpeting in elevators and hallway needed to be cleaned or replaced

Superb

Liked: The food was very good and that surprised us a little since it wasn’t a full-fledged restaurant.
Disliked: The carts by the front door were a joke. They were the kind you get at an airport instead of at a hotel. Made it difficult to get our dog’s crate and our stuff up to the room.

Underwhelming and overpriced.

Liked: The lobby is nice
Disliked: I got to my room late at night. The desk attendant helped make sure I was checked in properly, but was not very helpful when I tried to use the lobby keurig to make a hot drink. Oh well. But when I got to my room, the first lamp by the bed had no bulb and when I pulled up the comforter the sheets looked like they had mascara in a couple of spots on the side. The desk was dusty amd the channel.guide on the TV would not come up. Luckily I only stayed one night. I expect more for over $100 a night in nowhere Illinois, especially if Hilton will be in the name.Breakfast is in a very weird style. You have to go and order from the clerk and they will either let you grab it or get it for you. It was like standing at a buffet but with a bouncer....

Not great. Avoid.

Liked: This property has not updated their photo indicating that they used to offer a Jacuzzi in their pool area. I spent over half an hour researching a Jacuzzi after a long agonizing drive cross country. I'm ashamed that we stayed here as we were disappointed in the breakfast not being included and the jacuzzi also not in operation. The staff here decided to cover the old jacuzzi with a patch of fake grass and not even warn you at the front desk. It was something you just had to discover and be absolutely disappointed about.
Disliked: I will not be coming here again as it was advertised under false pretenses. Just be warned into your research on Google. The owner need to take accountability, remove old photos there are no longer accurate. They really did a disservice to our family.
