Disliked: Staff weren’t overly friendly lovely waiting on staff just the desk were too busy chatting to help

Liked: I liked everything they offered, money well spent, will be visiting again.
Disliked: At dinner everyone received their drinks except us, there only 2drinks orderd about 5 staff at hand but still did not receive the drinks.

Disliked: First of all, hidden extra fee for the dog that is mentioned only in pet policy. You will find out at the arrival. They take £100 as credit to spend - also not mentioned, find out at the arrival. The Spa was probably the worst, as 2 of 3 saunas were not hot at all, probably switched off as we booked the last slot at 5pm. It says it’s open 24h on google, but it’s like 9-5. Wasn’t very clean as well, lots of glasses and towels left by people and no one was cleaning there. Also very overpriced.
