Wonderful, comfortable, clean hotel and spacious rooms. Beds and pillows were so comfy. We only had breakfast during our stay, but the choices were great.

Liked: Sparkly clean; iced water available 24/7; breakfast offerings; conversation areas in lobby; comfy bed and pillows.
Disliked: Not having complimentary coffee available in lobby 24/7; hotel name on west side of building could be larger!

Weekend getaway

Liked: It was nice to have a Starbucks available. Location is great if your spending time downtown.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the transients and homeless people walking around everywhere, take away from any nice hotel or restaurant.

Great, but ..

Liked: The overall stay was good. The staff was very accommodating and helped find suitable rooms to meet our needs; even at the eleventh-hour.
Disliked: The hotel was starting a renovation project the morning we were checking out (1 night stay). The construction personnel started their work very abruptly at 8am (no warning by management). Causing some unexpected concern about what was happening on the 5th floor when the only notices were that the kitchen would be closing early the night before due to renovations. For some reason a person wearing similar attire to the construction worker's was going room to room on our floor trying the doors with a key he had. This caused quite the alarm and concern for our safety.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Great location. The walking path was nice for a morning walk.
Disliked: The check-in staff seemed a little disorganized and not friendly.
