Liked: The rooms were clean.
Disliked: The room layout is not family-friendly. The rooms are not soundproof. The people beneath our room made so much noise we hardly got much sleep. The tv buffered every 5 minutes, and most film channels were in German. We had a dietary requirement and asked staff if they could warm food and they were not able to. Staff were not helpful on the matter.

Liked: Location and facilities were great. Views of the track was amazing although is was just driver experience on the track. Staff were nice but there was a Que when we checked out and other people checking in so didn’t want to complain about our experience.
Disliked: Bed was extremely uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep. Got out of bed at 8am and have had bad back pain all day. Needed 3 pillows just to feel like I wasn’t laid flat. It looked overall clean. But you could tell no attention had be paid. Dust everywhere. Picked up the tv remote and it had a layer of dust on it so I scrubbed it clean myself. Hair in the bed. Hair hanging off the dresser chair. Spoons and mugs were dirty so I washed those too. Tv was horrendous. Kept freezing and cutting out every few seconds. Ended up turning the tv off and using my phone. WiFi kept disconnecting from both of our phones. It just was not what I was expecting for £180 per night. I was very excited but I probably won’t return. Towels were extremely rough too. Wasn’t clean enough, felt like the room had been rushed before we got there. Genuinely wish I could get my money back.
