Not worth the money at...

Disliked: I booked this location because of the indoor pool and breakfast option, when we arrived we found out the pool was closed for maintenance and breakfast was not included, and was $14 per guest, for cereal and not well prepared food. We also were woken up by housekeeping at 7:45am, despite us having the please do not disturb sign on the door. When I spoke to the manager on duty, Steve, about my frustrations with my stay, he didn't seem to care and told me to take up my issues with Booking.com. I paid more than I would have at other locations for this stay because of the listed amenities and was very disappointed with the entire experience.

Good and bad

Liked: It was convenient to stores and restaurants and sitting areas.
Disliked: They should have told me the pool was not open . I came for therapeutic.also the gym . First night lady told me the bar was not open on Saturday they even had a mangers sighn saying it. Come to find out around 7PM it was on that Saturday Sunday it didn’t open at all . It needs to open on weekends and some days of the week. The pool most definitely should have been open and they should have told me about both when I made the reservations.

Favorite Hotel to Stay

Liked: I always stay at this location when I visit family in the area. The hotel rooms are always clean and comfortable beds.The "All You Can Eat Buffet Breakfast" is delicious..
Disliked: Morning came too early. I arrived late at the hotel.
