My wife and I have...

Liked: The room was quite comfortable and clean. Slept comfortably on the bed.
Disliked: Maybe slightly firmer pillows.

Disappointed

Liked: Comfortable beds, no bad smell for sheets and towels, good location. Nice staff.
Disliked: Mold in bathroom, standing water in tub, bathroom door was difficult to open from inside. The garage entrance door was ajar most of the time no key needed to enter hotel.

Shitshow

Liked: My reservation was not available upon arrival even though I paid. I’m having a hard time getting a refund. They told me it was all set for a refund and it hasn’t gone through. All the people who arrived that night were sent away because they had overbooked. It was a complete shitshow and I’m furious. Please refund me
