Clean hotel, staffing was friendly...

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: We had to wait an hour + to check in due to the card machine for the room keys going down. The elevator was broken the majority of the time we were there. There were no towels for the pool. Service for the breakfast area was horrible and they did not have food for the buffet. We were asked to wait for food, told we can order Al la cart and when I went to get coffee it was empty as well. We were told when we did want to order, I was told that we had to find her and track her down to order cause she is all over the place.

Liked: Reasonable location and size of room
Disliked: Noisy guests next door. Crying child could be heard all night through the walls. Not sound proof enough

Liked: Location and easy parking
Disliked: Pool was 67 degrees. We took a picture of the temp gage. Very dissapointing for us and our kiddos. When we go to hotels, the pool is a bog deal. This hotel did not deliver on that front. The tile floor in the pool area was also in need of a good cleaning. This is our second time staying here and we were incredibly disappointed.
