It was a good stay,...

Liked: Great staff, convenient location close to Link 2 line, Bellevue mall and restaurants.
Disliked: Very basic gym, basic breakfast omelet, beacon, sausage(can be just omelet too), noisy AC.

Disliked: The bed and pillow were so uncomfortable. When we got to our room there was a knife & napkin in the hall that was still there the next day when we left.

Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, not great food options in the hotel, hot tub and pool area need a face lift

Great location and friendly staff.

Liked: We have stayed here several times before. We like the large rooms and the location. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good, and the staff especially at the breakfast were friendly and responsive.
Disliked: The breakfast options are pricey for the quality--more a la carte options for light eaters would be appreciated. As in a previous visit, the heating system was so noisy that we simply turned it off. Other than that it was nice and quiet.
