Liked: Clean and spacious rooms.
Disliked: I paid $25 for a $5 breakfast. They serves did not give most of the warm breakfast dishes since they were waiting for a large group to arrive (like we are not paying customers). I was told to wait 5mins and left the restaurant after waiting 20mins.

perfect location
Liked: I want to thank all the employees who picked up the phone and alerted the front desk we will be super late (after midnite). When we arrived in SEATAC, we called hotel for the shuttle and Ty came super fast, was very pleasant and courteous despite such late hours, and helped us with lots of information plus loading/unloading luggage. Lady at the front desk was ready for us, had the key in her hand, so we were able to crash in our room immediately. The beds were super comfortable, we slept like logs, the bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was a pretty decent one for our family. We were grateful we had such a good morning after such a super delayed and late flight.

FALSE ADVERTISING, BRYAN IS RUDE,...
Liked: I liked the amenities such as on-site laundry, comfortable beds and secure parking.
Disliked: BRYAN was unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with during my check process. Booking.com advertised FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN MY ROOM RATE however the hotel tried not honor the free breakfast. BRYAN he told me that breakfast isn’t free. When I showed him my online confirmation he instructed me to let the waitress know that he said I could have free breakfast. When I asked BRYAN for something in writing to confirm my free breakfast, he said that he wasn’t able to provide me with anything. On the second morning a condescending waitress gave me a very hard time redeeming my free breakfast. I had to escalate the situation to a manager who provided me and my kids breakfast vouchers for the remainder of our stay. Why didn’t BRYAN just give me the vouchers when I asked for something in writing? I feel like he was being spiteful. Also, during check-in I asked BRYAN what the parking rate was. He told me it was $20 per day, however I noticed a miscellaneous charge of $28.71 from the hotel. Come to find out there are additional fees and taxes added to the parking rate which BRYAN neglected to inform me about.
