Overpriced due to baseball Spring...

Liked: Breakfast. Decent price for quick meal.
Disliked: Just seemed old and run down. Although lobby area was better.

We had a delightful stay...

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect location to explore all of Old Town Scottsdale on foot, the staff was extremely professional and helpful with any questions and one small repair in the room was immediately addressed. The room was clean, comfortable with no issues of street or guest noises. The outdoor patio is beautiful with several fire pits and comfortable seating.
Disliked: Service on the outdoor patio could have been more prompt. We were pretty much the only customers one afternoon and it took an inordinate amount of time for our order to arrive.

Disliked: Parking was not included. No room service. Bar food instead of a full menu for late at night. It's Arizona and they didn't include a free bottle of water. Also, the room had a horrible view.

Liked: This hotel is about location. There is so much to see and do and Old town is just across the street. Many restaurants to choose from.
Disliked: Bathrooms are small.
