Disliked: Parking charge not mentioned while booking. Did not get cbs or nbc on tv which is weird

Liked: Close to IV, rooftop restaurant and bar are great! Free parking!
Disliked: Super loud early am - walls are very thin. Way overpriced

Liked: Conveniently located, clean, comfy, and quiet.

Disappointing, but we are going...

Liked: Perfect location, usually impeccably clean
Disliked: There was a beer can from the previous guest in our shower even after we reported it to several people at the front desk. House cleaning missed it three nights in a row. Front desk couldn’t refund anything because we used an app. Refund would not have solved or helped the issue.

Excellent customer service!

Liked: We arrived very late. Nonetheless, we received a friendly greeting from a reception staffer who quickly got us to our room! Exceptional!
