Pillows not comfy but mattress...

Liked: The room was beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern, and I appreciated the toiletries.
Disliked: The pillows were to flat and squishy.

Disappointment

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No room service. The buffet breakfast hot food was not hot, so I had staff put it in the microwave. Dining table ,had not been wiped down from the day before, the floor hadn't been cleaned,still had the same crumbs, food from day before. The chair in the room was old and torn. Just not what I expect when I stay at Hilton properties.
