Overall, very comfortable stay and...

Liked: Enjoyed the location, neighborhood. Next to the Public Library and a walk away from a nice shopping center.
Disliked: The extra pay for parking. Had to pay $15 per day.As well as not being able to get a senior discount.

On of the worse experiences...

Liked: I did want to eat breakfast because the room was horrible.
Disliked: For one the shower should work. It did not function and that was a real bad experience. Also the TV was not properly hooked. They had to send an engineer to fix the problem.

Not what I expect from...

Liked: Staff was friendly and the place was clean.
Disliked: Bed was horrible, pillows were either flat or rock hard, AC didn't allow for a constant fan at night to washout the surrounding noise. Over priced for those reasons.

Good place to stay!

Liked: Breakfast previously (on other stays) seemed quite good except for the over cooked scrambled eggs…This time the oatmeal tasted funny (made with tap water maybe) and the fruit tasted as if it had been sitting too long… pastry def stale-except the muffins-they were good. It worked though-and we ordered eggs from the menu this visit (better) just did not seem quite as good. But better than nothing-and it was a good start to the day. Really wish you had better coffee. I bring my own pods from home now-that brand used at hotel-just not good-bitter.Location was perfect for our family visit.
Disliked: Large room-but our carpet was wet -like it had just been shampooed but not dry yet…our socks actually got soaked—but after first night it was dry. It just makes you think-what the heck happened in here-(kind of left a yuck feeling) hotels shouldn’t make you worry who was in there before!Loved the King suite size and layout though-it’s the only way we like to stay. Staff super nice…
