Disliked: To start the beds were uncomfortable there was no conditioner in shower we could not apply a discount from AAA and our room smelled ugly. It did not smell clean

Liked: I requested the pillows to be changed from feathers to foam. And they got them changed right away.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that they don’t mention the daily parking fee, until you are there. We booked our room from home , via internet. We paid the fees., but when we got them is when we learned about the daily parking fees.

Liked: The location was amazing, had such a great time with my family. Love the breafast, everything was delicious.

Comfortable rooms, great location.

Liked: Great location next to Trolley and shuttle to airport.
Disliked: The staff at the hotel didn't know about the airport and when I called to ask about it before arriving, they told me there was none. So I spent $30 to arrive in an uber. Once I was there, I saw the free airport shuttle right there at the Trolley stop. Staff should have known that.

Disliked: That they bar area was not open.
