Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Not enough parking. Parking spaces too small. We didn't get the room that we booked and were only compensated the parking fee. due to over booking.

Liked: I liked that it had a shower
Disliked: There was a roach in the shower, the towel hanging from the shower rack had a yellow stain, the comforter had a stain as well and the remote didn’t work unless you were two inches from it and the buttons on the tv were removed or something it took me forever to push the darn thing

Amazing staff not so amazing...

Liked: Lobby and exterior were very clean and well maintained. The room has some pretty significant wear and tear and was closure in line with budget motels than that of a Hilton. The sink was cracked, wallpaper was scratched and stained throughout the room, older HVAC systems and the shower pan had visible signs of water intrusions. Rooms were also poorly insulated and I could hear the neighbors across the hall having a simple conversation as well as the guests above my room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and there were zero issues. Parking is scarce and spaces are small.
