Met expectation overall. Good customer...
Liked: Good location. Staff was extremely courteous Kidos to the housekeeper named Rosie who took it upon herself to go downstairs to bring me some ice. I hope she gets rewarded.
Disliked: On Saturday night there was a strong sewer smell on the fourth floor. It was irritating and I reported it to the front desk.

Disappointing
Liked: The area
Disliked: Always stay there but the last time was really bad the room. We send and email but no answer! It looks so old not clean, room smells bad, the bed was soo bad!! Really very disappointed hope it was just that ROOM. Like I said when we go to SA we love to stay there but no more! We went this weekend and prefer to stay in the ones that are in front of this one. Hope they put more attention in all rooms and fix the one they give us on that trip cause it has a great location with great stores around! And also put more attention when the clients try to contact by phone, email or whatever to tell about the reviews.

Not happy and disappointed. Next...
Liked: We did not have breakfast. The desk clerk never mentioned anything regarding breakfast schedule.
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that when we got to the hotel we were notified we didn't a room available because they overbooked. We had reserved the room 2 weeks in advanced.We showed the clerk our confirmation. The clerk just kept apologizing but continued explaining that they overbooked. However, a person with no reservations arrived at hotel and got a room, clerk never mentioned of hotel being overbooked.Individual had no issues acquiring a room yet we did.When we settling in the room my wife a male's undwear on the chair. Obviously the item was overlooked when room was cleaned.

Just disappointing for the price,...
Liked: Things were clean.Room was big enough. AC worked great.Good lighting in room.
Disliked: Was not told during booking that parking needed to be paid for.Was told that the booking app we used did not properly calculate tax and that we still needed to pay the remaining 4 cents. Obviously was not real loss for us but it seemed like a petty level of money grubbing.Bed frame was extremely loud and seemed to be falling apart. Creaked loudly every time we even moved a little.Shower had terrible water pressure and the water would not get hot.Shower water felt slimy and had a dirty taste when it got in mouth.Shower door did not close all the way and resulted in water slashing all into the bathroom.Some of the wall outlets did not work at all, made it difficult to use iron for clothing.

Liked: Very clean and well staffed
Disliked: I loved the location but had a hard time getting to it because of all the road closures.

Never staying again
Liked: The location is ideal
Disliked: Entering the hotel room we noticed it was a little outdated but it’s understandable, it seemed a little weird that they charged through an app the parking lot but we payed it, unfortunately our truck window was broken when we came out in the morning as other 6 cars, the hotel didn’t do anything or even call us even though there’s security and we payed the parking fee, we’re never staying there again.

Clean, but no housekeeping and...
Liked: Hotel is not that old
Disliked: No housekeeping... The hotel will not make your room even if requested to do so. Be ready to return to an unmade bed, and wet towels after the second day. Breakfast buffet is expensive and quite poor in variety, quantity and quality, to say the least.
