Disliked: The Bar on location was closed, which was one of the reasons we booked it.Breakfast was not included with the stay like advertised, we also booked this hotel because the breakfast was supposed to be included.

Liked: i loved everything, the view, the price, the stores were like 3 min away, i loves how clean it was. Would definitley book here againtotally recommend

Met expectation overall. Good customer...
Liked: Good location. Staff was extremely courteous Kidos to the housekeeper named Rosie who took it upon herself to go downstairs to bring me some ice. I hope she gets rewarded.
Disliked: On Saturday night there was a strong sewer smell on the fourth floor. It was irritating and I reported it to the front desk.

Liked: The area
Disliked: Always stay there but the last time was really bad the room. We send and email but no answer! It looks so old not clean, room smells bad, the bed was soo bad!! Really very disappointed hope it was just that ROOM. Like I said when we go to SA we love to stay there but no more! We went this weekend and prefer to stay in the ones that are in front of this one. Hope they put more attention in all rooms and fix the one they give us on that trip cause it has a great location with great stores around! And also put more attention when the clients try to contact by phone, email or whatever to tell about the reviews.

Not happy and disappointed. Next...
Liked: We did not have breakfast. The desk clerk never mentioned anything regarding breakfast schedule.
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that when we got to the hotel we were notified we didn't a room available because they overbooked. We had reserved the room 2 weeks in advanced.We showed the clerk our confirmation. The clerk just kept apologizing but continued explaining that they overbooked. However, a person with no reservations arrived at hotel and got a room, clerk never mentioned of hotel being overbooked.Individual had no issues acquiring a room yet we did.When we settling in the room my wife a male's undwear on the chair. Obviously the item was overlooked when room was cleaned.
