Disliked: Valet Parking is inefficient—few staff managing it during the holiday season, thus, making wait times very long. Not to mention they had one working elevator for a couple of days. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and one male staffer was very unprofessional during working hours. He was audibly loud on his cellphone, screaming profanities over a seemingly personal matter.

It was nice! The bed...

Liked: It was nice in a great around close to everything and easy to walk to all the time stuff on the riverwalk!
Disliked: The toilet in my room didn’t fit the toilet was to small and was a pain to use the bathroom in my room, also find orange juice sticker trash stick to the bedside table, and also cleaning product was left in the room.
