Not sure I'd risk staying there again knowing that I'd arrive and wouldn't have the room I paid for.

Liked: Staff was friendly; room was clean and quiet.
Disliked: Despite paying for two rooms with TWO beds in advance AND calling and confirming with Ryan that those rooms would be available when we arrived at 11:00 p.m., we were told on arrival that we only had one room with two beds and the other room only had one bed. According to the staff, there was nothing they could do because everything was booked. I can't imagine what more we could have done to ensure that we received the rooms we paid for. They didn't even offer us a discount or do anything to make it right.
